What up y'all? Here is the first podcast from me since April of 2007. As you may know that's when I stopped doing radio and podcasting the episodes.

For the time being every second Thursday I will be podcasting mixes I do for my dude Kinetik's mixshow and podcast. His mixshow is called "The Joints Show!" and it airs 12 - 3 AM CDT Thursdays on UMFM CJUM 101.5 FM from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB and online at www.umfm.com. He podcasts his shows right here on Podomatic at http://thejointshow.podomatic.com.

He specializes in the new stuff just like I did so check him out. We used to do radio together from 1999 - 2004 and are looking at getting another show which would be podcasted here, stay tuned.

For those of you familiar with The Dope Spot you will remember that my format was mainly new independent and minor label Hip Hop. That's changed, I will be bringing you Hip Hop Classics now which means anything before today but mostly from the 90s, I may get back into the new stuff but I'm not sure when or if at all.

Thanks to everyone who will continue to score from The Dope Spot, to those who are scoring for the first time and especially those who hit me up during the hiatus... I DO THIS FOR Y'ALL! Enjoy, Peace!
